Meine Email an den Support:
Dear Ingram,
I just uploaded my first 97 images, all of those images are selling on other platforms – that’s why I selected those images to be the first uploads.
But on your site I just got all 97 rejected for the same reason:
„Not commercially viable : Image does not meet commercial requirements. It may not follow trends or be content which we deem commercial presently.“
I would understand, if you said „half of the images would be enough“ – but rejecting each seems to somehow strange.
Is there anything I did wrong?
Antwort vom Ingram Support:
Hello ###,
Unfortunately at this time it is due to the reasoning stated. We do not feel these images are commercially viable at this time via our platform.
All the best,

Und meine erneute Antwort an Ingram:
Hello ###,
thank you for your answer… to be honest it is not really an answer, but just repeating what the automated rejection reason already said.
Maybe it could be a better strategy to tell a new contributor „what you are interested in“, what do you think?
I have a portfolio of about 21.000 images and I am pretty sure, there maybe are some which are „commercially viable“ for your platform

So if you are interested in images, it would be a good idea not to treat new contributors like fools – do you agree?
Have a nice day,
Mir ist klar, dass ich es ein wenig übertreibe, aber dass die Leute einen ständig und überall für "blöd verkaufen" wollen, geht mir zunehmend auf den Geist
